Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 single graham crackers, crushed (1 3/4 c.)
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1/3 cup sugar.
    Stir in melted butter.
    Press into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Beat 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Pour over the graham cracker crust.
    Bake for 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
