Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Slice tops off pepper, remove seeds.
    Place in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain.
    Combine other ingredients.
    Fill peppers. Top each with Sauce Topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
