Fabulous Fudge Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. liqueur (flavor of choice, if desired)
fresh fruit of choice, cut into serving pieces

Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla, liqueur and fruit.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil, 18 to 20 minutes.
Boil, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
Stir in vanilla and liqueur. Serve with fresh fruit.
Makes 3 cups.
