Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 beaten eggs
    3 c. cut rhubarb
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter.
    Add eggs; beat smooth. Pour over rhubarb in a 9-inch pastry shell.
    Top pie with pastry shapes or crumbs.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
