Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cheese blintzes (frozen)
    1 c. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine or butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in deep (1 1/2-quart) casserole.
    Place blintzes down flat.
    Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream together until smooth.
    Pour over blintzes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 5 people.
