Crab Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. English muffins
7 oz. crab (canned or fresh)
1 stick margarine, soften (1/2 c.)
7 oz. Old English sharp cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. basil (optional)
1/4 tsp. oregano (optional)
Preparation

Rinse crab with water and drain.
Mix all ingredients together, except muffins, adding crab meat last.
Cut muffins in quarters.
Spread mixture on muffins.
Freeze muffins on a try for 30 minutes.
Broil until lightly browned or bubbly.
Freeze extra crab cheese muffins.
Store in plastic bag.
