Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and deboned
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    6 oz. crumbled Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 sticks butter
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix crackers with melted butter and poppy seed.
    Line 9 x 13-inch
    glass
    pan with 2/3 cracker mixture.
    Place chopped chicken breasts
    over cracker crust.
    Mix soup and sour cream. Place remaining cracker mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
