Cherry Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. butter flavored shortening
3 c. sugar
6 large eggs
3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cherry juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) bottle maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
remaining chopped cherries
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Spread on top and sides of cake.
