Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1-1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/ c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped apples (jonathans are good)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together sugars and oil; add eggs and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients and lastly, add apples and nuts.
Pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
Batter will be thick.
Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Bake approximately 45 minutes to an hour in a 375\u00b0F oven.
