Steamed Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium white potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley or more if you like
1 Tbsp. fresh minced thyme, basil or any other fresh herb of your choice
3 Tbsp. margarine
fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Layer potato slices and garlic in a steamer; steam over boiling water until potatoes are tender (perhaps 30 minutes or more; test for doneness). In a large mixing bowl, cut up the margarine and put steamed potato slices on top. Sprinkle with the fresh herbs, salt and pepper and toss gently so as to avoid breaking the potatoes up too much. Serve immediately.
