Pork Chop And Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. dry limas
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. catsup
    pork chops
Preparation
    Cook beans until almost tender.
    Add seasonings and place in baking dish.
    Add liquid to cover.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Bake in hot oven until chops sear.
    Turn over and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
