Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. extra sharp cheese
    16 oz. medium Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. hot red pepper
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    strawberry preserves
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix cheeses, onion, pepper and mayonnaise.
    Put in jello (Bundt-style) mold.
    Refrigerate two hours.
    Unmold onto plate; sprinkle with pecans.
    Put strawberry preserves in center of cheese ball.
    Serve with crackers.
