Mexican Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 can refried beans
 
1 ripe avocado, pureed
1 qt. sour cream
taco seasoning
minced scallions
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bag Tostitos
Preparation
- 
                            Layer in a 10-inch quiche dish the beans, avocado, mixed with half of sour cream and 1/2 to 3/4 packet of seasoning, scallions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
 
Top with the rest of the sour cream. Dip Tostitos into pie.
