Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. quick curing salt
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll into logs.
    Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Next day, remove wax paper and place logs on cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    After cooking, wrap sausage in foil and refrigerate.
