Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. brisket
    celery, onion, garlic salt
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    Worcestershire sauce
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Rub brisket with celery salt, garlic salt and onion salt.
    Put in Pyrex and pour liquid smoke over it.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Pour off liquid.
    Salt and pepper lightly.
    Sprinkle with Worcestershire.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours, covered.
    Turn and cover with barbecue sauce.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
