Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw apples, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Pare and chop apples.
    Pour sugar over apples; let stand 1/2 hour.
    Mix eggs and oil.
    Add to apples.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can serve with ice cream, powdered sugar or plain.
