Chocolate Crinkle Cookies(Icebox Dough) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. corn oil (Mazola)
4 sq. (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Beat by hand, or mix, the oil, melted chocolate and sugar. Blend one egg at a time until well mixed.
Add vanilla.
Stir in flour, salt and baking powder that had been sifted together.
Then chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
