Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can chicken-rice soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    corn tortillas, cut in strips
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and drain.
    Add taco seasoning mix and simmer.
    Set aside.
    Mix 1 can chicken rice soup and sour cream in a saucepan.
    Heat through.
    In a casserole dish, layer tortillas, meat, sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
