Lavanda Burns Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 large can Carnation milk, chilled
    crushed graham crackers (about 27 or 2 c.)
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and hot water and let slightly thicken.
    Cream cream cheese, sugar, salt and lemon juice.
    Whip chilled milk and add Jell-O and cheese mixture.
    Crush graham crackers, add powdered sugar and melted butter.
    Put 1/2 of cracker mixture on bottom of oblong pan.
    Pour cream cheese mixture on that and then top with graham cracker mixture.
