Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. skinned, boned chicken breasts
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice mixture
1 large onion, chopped
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chicken stock
3/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
paprika
Preparation

Cook chicken.
Cut into small pieces.
Cook wild rice without seasoning pack.
Set each aside.
Saute large onion in butter until soft, but not brown.
Stir in flour, soup and stock.
In a 9 x 13-inch (approximately) glass casserole, layer sauce, rice, chicken, cheese, sauce, rice, chicken, sauce and cheese.
Top with paprika.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
