Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can or jar sauerkraut
    1 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 c. chopped pimentos (4 oz. jar)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium chopped onion
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well and chill in covered container.
    Best the next day. Great with barbecue.
    Keeps good in refrigerator.
