Grits And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Cook quick grits 5 minutes.
    Add other ingredients and continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
    Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
