Ingredients

8 oz. cooked chicken, diced
BBQ sauce, sweet hickory
1 medium red/purple onion, sliced
dry or fresh chopped cilantro
6 oz. grated gouda cheese
1 large thick herb pizza crust, cooked
Preparation

Generously spread BBQ sauce over pizza crust.
Sprinkle with chicken, then add
rings of onion.
Evenly cover with grated gouda and sprinkle lightly with cilantro.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for
10 minutes or until cheese is melted then put under the broiler and let it brown slightly.
