Watergate Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 bag small marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 to 1 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation

Drain juice from pineapple. Set juice aside. May need later. Mix all ingredients well. If too dry, add a small amount of pineapple juice.
