Peter Paul Mounds Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. milk
4 eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans. Combine first 7 ingredients in sifter and sift in mixing bowl.
Add margarine and 3/4 cup milk.
Mix well until dampened. Add eggs and remaining milk.
Mix 2 minutes at medium speed.
Bake 30 minutes. Cool and slice each layer into layers.
