Potatoes Au Gratin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. shredded potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c milk
    1 jar real bacon bits
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, combine 1 cup cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top.
    Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 456 minutes; cover and continue to bake 30 minutes until cheese is brown and bubbly.
    If desired, top with Ritz crackers (crushed) last 3 minutes.
