Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery, onion and salt in water until potatoes and celery are done.
    Blend butter and flour.
    Stir into hot mixture.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add milk and reheat.
