Texas Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix and bake in greased 8 x 14-inch dish at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
