Citrus Marinated Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cut green beans
1 lb. cut green peas
2 c. diced celery
2 carrots, cut into 1-inch strips
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos
2 medium sweet onions, sliced
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sliced pimiento
stuffed green olives
Preparation

Place all vegetables in large glass or ceramic bowl.
Mix orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, paprika, salad oil, sugar and salt.
Pour over vegetables.
Toss lightly.
Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
