Ron'S Favorite Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. 3 minute oats
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs

Preparation

Put first 3 ingredients in covered bowl; let stand 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients until all is wet.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Baker's Joy.
Pour batter in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Top with German chocolate icing.
