Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. pkg. stuffing mix
    6 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain well. Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
    Freeze.
    (I freeze on cookie sheet, then place in bags in freezer.)
    While still frozen, place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or longer.
    Makes 60 to 70.
