Easy Southwest Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream or plain yogurt (2 c.)
    1/2 c. Hellmann's or Best Foods real or light mayonnaise or reduced fat cholesterol free mayonnaise dressing
    1 (1.4 oz.) pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
    1 c. chunky salsa
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, salsa, chili powder and cilantro until well mixed. Cover and chill 2 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips or cut up vegetables.
    Makes about 3 cups.
