Mom'S Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground pork shoulder
    2 eggs
    bread (3/4 to 1 loaf)
    1 large Spanish onion
    1 tsp. sage
    water, as desired
Preparation
    Fry ground pork with onion; cool.
    Cube bread and allow time for it to dry slightly (overnight).
    Add sage and eggs to bread, then pork with onion.
    Add water to get desired consistency.
    (Best to prepare and refrigerate one night prior to stuffing turkey.)
