Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 zucchini, cubed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick margarine, softened
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix together all of the ingredients.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
