Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    sprinkle of pepper
    1 to 2 eggs
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/3 to 1/2 c. grated cheese or powdered cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    If too dry, add another egg.
    Make into balls.
    Brown in frying pan with 1/2 inch oil in pan.
    Put meat balls into sauce when it is about 1 hour from being done. Additional drippings may be added from the meat ball oil.
