Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    6 slices white bread
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spread bread with butter; cube.
    Place cubes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbled sausage.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and pour mixture over cheese.
    Chill at least 8 hours or overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
