Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted shortening
    1 pt. blueberries
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt (scant)
Preparation
    Mix and sift the dry ingredients.
    Add the blueberries.
    Then add the beaten egg, milk and melted shortening, mixed together. Stir only enough to mix.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
