Great Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl at medium speed, cream butter, 1 1/2 cups of sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
    In a separate bowl combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture until well blended.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon to mixture.
    Place 3-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
