Cheese-Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    2 (7 x 14-inch) slices Swiss cheese or shredded
    1/2 c. chopped spinach
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can Tender Chunk ham or chicken
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. half and half
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie crust.
    Sprinkle with spinach, mushrooms and Tender Chunks.
    Mix next 4 ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
