Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (1 stick)
    2 egg yolks (3 if small eggs)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together.
    Add a little milk, then add the egg yolks.
    Put rest of milk and the butter in saucepan and heat on stove until butter is melted.
    Then add heated milk mixture to the flour and sugar mixture.
    Beat with a mixer.
