Blue Cheese Lover'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 oz. Blue cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing or seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. half and half or milk
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. fresh orange juice
    1 (10 or 12 oz.) jar peach preserves
    2 Tbsp. chutney, chopped
    1 tsp. fresh grated orange peel
    1 orange, peeled, segmented and cut in half
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Crumble Blue cheese into mixing bowl. Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
    Drain well and set aside.
