Sour Cream Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8oz.) carton sour cream
    1 large carton whipped topping
    1 large box vanilla wafers
    6 large bananas
    toasted pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix pudding and milk, beating according to package directions. Add sour cream and half of topping.
    Mix well.
    Layer bananas and vanilla wafers.
    Pour pudding over each layer.
    Put remaining whipped topping on top.
    Sprinkle with crushed vanilla wafers or toasted pecans.
    Chill.
