Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
2 jars strained apricot baby food fruit (4 3/4 oz.)
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine gelatin, sugar and water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar and gelatin.
Remove from heat and stir in fruit.
Set aside to cool.
Beat condensed milk and cream cheese together until smooth.
Stir into gelatin mixture.
Next, fold in nuts.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Chill until firm.
Serves 20.
