Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines spice cake mix
4 egg whites
1 c. quick cooking oats (not instant or old fashion)
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheets, or spray with Pam.
Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats, raisins and oil in a large bowl; mix until well blended.
Drop from rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool for 1 minute on sheets, then remove to cooling rack.
