Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 package Lipton Onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes cut into large chunks
1/3 cup olive oil (may substitute vegetable oil)
Preparation

Preheat over 450 degrees. Place ingredients in large bag, shake well, or just mix in bowl.
Place in shallow baking dish. Bake, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until tender and brown.
Garnish with parsley.
