Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request condensed cream of celery soup
4 c. hot cooked rice with parsley
2/3 c. water
Preparation

In skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove; pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine soup, water, mustard and pepper; heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover; cook, over low heat, 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often.
Serve with rice.
