Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 carton nondairy topping (9 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 graham cracker pie shell
Preparation

Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
Beat in peanut butter and sugar.
Slowly add milk, beating until well blended. Fold topping into mixture.
Ladle into pie crust; sprinkle with peanuts.
Freeze until firm before serving.
