Grandma Connely'S Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice (reserve from pineapple)
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 large can pineapple (tidbits), drained
    1 bag miniature marshmallows
    1 lb. pecan pieces
    1/2 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Reserve 1 cup of juice from pineapple tidbits when drained. Mix together pineapple juice, sugar, flour and eggs.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until thick.
    Let mixture cool.
    Mix together pineapple tidbits, marshmallows and pecans.
    Add cooled pineapple juice mixture.
    Stir in 1/2 carton of Cool Whip.
    Mix all ingredients together and chill.
