Hog Back Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1/2 c. light raisins
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 large red apples, cut into 6 to 8 wedges each
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chops in a greased skillet.
    Arrange chops in shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Pour apple juice over chops; sprinkle with raisins and salt.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Turn chops.
