Baked Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 garlic cloves, mashed
Preparation
    Cook grits in
    water;
    remove from heat.
    Gradually add butter, cheese
    and
    Worcestershire sauce.\tGradually stir 1/4 cup grits into eggs;
    then add the rest of the grits, stirring well. Pour mixture
    in
    slightly\tgreased
    casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Garnish
    with sliced mushrooms and parsley. Good stuff.
